Export Set Issue File not having any record and showing as Completed

While using the export set to send data , export logs are showing completed but when i am openign the record file which is going to the mid server is empty doest have any data .
Few points i noticed that in ECC queue its showing a new entry as StreamPipeline .
Please let me know about your ideas .

I have set it to System Administrator as well but it doesn't fix the issue

Nevermind, my Export preview was showing 0 results - that was my issue

Hi everyone,
Whenever I run it manually it exports the file and it has records.
If I let the schedule do it automatically early morning it returns an empty file...
P.S. It started happening after we have upgraded to Vancouver.
