Exporting of email

Hi there

 

We are currently in a legal dispute with one of our customers, and we need to provide evidence that they received email communication from us agreeing for us to undertake a service that we provide. 

 

We have the email trail, in 'work notes' and we have the emails to the client sitting in System Mailboxes > Sent. 

 

However i can't seem to find a way to export them in a logical fashion. Ideally as an eml file but even a PDF would do. 

 

When I "preview notification" then I get a big heading saying that it's a preview which looks... fake! 

 

Any ideas how to export the original sent email?

Hi, I am not aware of an OOB solution as the 'emails' are not 'emails' but data records.
You can export as excel\csv but I would think an XML record is the best professional representation of system data, although you would need to add a rider indicating the timestamps are UTC.
