Externals wanting to integrate ServiceNow VA

Hi Team,

How can I allow external third party to integrate with Servicenow Virtual agent? An example can be MS Teams integration with Virtual agent. I know its already exists and not looking for MS teams integration.

But in similar fashion somebody else wants to setup interface in their custom website or portal or application then how to do it?

navigate to Conversation Interfaces > Setting and there:

Be aware that this requires configuration in MS Teams side, there is a console for it and it was super bad and difficult to manager (well, like anything by Microsoft...) the last time I tried myself. Be prepared for it :))

Not MS teams. I want to set it up for chatGPT so they can interact with it through proper channel

Now you talk about chatGPT, I don't follow your requirement. But your original question was answered. Feel free to accept as solution.

If you have any further question, can you please rephrase it? If you want to allow chatGPT to MS Teams then I'm worried it's not possible because Microsfot will promote the Copilot instead...

We have our internal chatGPT from where they want to integrate with ServiceNow so that they can search knowledge articles, create catalog requests, complete approvals etc like we have in virtual agent. But they are assuming this can be done by APIs but I don't think that is so simple.

Using APIs is not a way forward but Microsoft Teams integration follows the virtual agent controlled mechanism. So I was looking if similar framework can be used by our internal chatGPT team to achieve this.
