FSM and Facility are 2 different modules and not able to replace each other. So in short, as facility mgt is going out, you need to talk to your SN account team for same.

No its not the same, but modules under that can help you attain what your looking for. Iam not sure what your trying to attain using Facility management. So based on need you can build your own app or make use of existing simlar app and adjust the module as needed.
