Failed to manage my PDI

I logged in the developer portal, can see the instance is online. However when I click "manage instance", the new page for the instance just keep loading (blank page only). What is happening ? Tried different browser and get same blank page.

Try clearing your browser cache and then try again. It might be that your request is still in the waiting queue. Could you also share a screenshot so we can take a closer look? @ralphwu

Let me clarified, I can access to Manage Instance page but when I click the instance link, it just show a blank page. Tried remove cache, cookies but still fail.
