It is related to 'Reject/Approve' button. This is happening only to specific users. The issue is as below:
Whenever a case is awaiting approval from a user, the user gets a notification and also a task on portal. From portal, when they are trying to reject or approve the task, it is rejecting and approving the task successfully. But after that, while re-loading the page with the updates, it is throwing the below error:
Although, the ticket is getting successfully updated in the platform, the portal is not able to reload the page at that moment(just after rejecting/approving). Please note that this issue is happening only to specific users. We found that, if the manager of the user does not have 'sn_hr_core.manager' role, then only they are getting the error.
The widget which the error is referring is an out of the box widget. We did not modify that. Is it widget-limitation?
Can this be solved by raising HI ticket? We want it to be working for any manager with any role/no role at all. Will that be possible? Or it is a limitation of HR service portal ?

I tried this. Didn't get through it.
As guided in the link, I went to restricted caller access module. And there what I did, was, I moved the status to 'allowed' from 'invalidated' for HR task widget. Still I faced the same issue. So I again move those back to 'invalidated' status.
Please help how can I remove this errors.
