Hello.
I am using the function “sys_import.do” linked below to call import sets from a shell script placed on a MID server.
It has been working fine for almost a year, but recently the import set is not created and the conversion process does not work.
However, I have found that it is automatic and works fine when I run the shell script.
Please let me know if you know the cause.

私はスケジュールジョブで、MIDサーバに配置したシェルスクリプトを呼び出して、シェルスクリプト内で
以下のリンクの機能「sys_import.do」を呼び出して、ServiceNow へのインポート処理を実行しています。
1年近く問題はなかったのですが、ここ1,2週間ほどの間で、数回動作していないのを確認しています。
お手数をおかけしますが、原因をご存知の方や同じ事象が発生した方がいれば教えていただければと思います。
