I am building an FAQ chatbot and I was attempting to get it to use something other than contextual search. I am trying to do this through the script as I noticed that it uses the VAGlobalContextualSearchUtil function. I also found another function called AISASearchUtil and I was wondering if I could just swap them out and it will use AI search instead of zing in that instance? Is there any documentation around these functions that I could read somewhere?
