How do I add a FAQ widget in service portal. Please help.

Hi @Kavya HV
If you are planning to add FAQ Widget on any Portal page, you can open that as Page Designer and add your widget as shown below:
Search for your Portal page and click it.
Search for FAQ Widget and than drag and drop it on the page where you want it to be placed and than Save it.
Now see that Widget is reflected on the Portal page.

Hello,
I believe you already know the step on how to add widget to Portal, instead the question was because you do not see the FAQ widget.
I do not think the widget is called FAQ. You need to use one of the below
Most viewed widget is displaying based on most views for an article in last 30 days.
Most Useful widget is displaying based on the useful an article in last 30 days.
However looking at you question of most frequent asked equation I think you need to go with widget Knowledge Most Viewed article

Unfortunately nothing appears if I select the knowledge table and I dont see any option to select a particular article.
