Once the plugin is installed, you should have several new widgets available for the portal, including the 'Portal FAQ Widget'. If you navigate here, do you see the widget?
"https://[enter your instance URL]service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sp_widget.do%3Fsys_id%3D76914a3cc3fb25504584f827050131b1"
There are no further plugins to get the widget so you should have it. I've attached it to this post as an XML (not an update set). I haven't checked the code though to see if there are any other dependencies installed as part of the plugin.
To configure the widget, you'll need to change your scope to Employee Center and navigate to the portal page where you'd like to add it. Add the 'Portal FAQ Widget' widget to the page, then modify the instance options to customize its behavior.
In the instance options, you can specify how many FAQs to display per page, set the widget title, and configure additional settings.
You can also add a query to filter the displayed content. For example, if you've created a specific FAQ category, you could set the query to show only articles from that category.
