So I have integrated FedEx in ServiceNow but when I am sending 30 tracking codes at one time. for few tracking numbers I am getting wrong response from FedEx and If I am sending 10 tracking numbers then getting right response. Why This? Any solution without changing the 30 number

Hi @indrajeetma As you have written for 10 tracking numbers you are getting the right response from Fedex, then I assume there is no issue in sending your payload and its structure. Its something Fedex system team should let you know what is the issue and how they are handling the payload when the you are sending the 30 tracking codes at one time. BTW, are you using an open API from Fedex or its a real time integration?

We were requesting the response for every 1 hr through scheduled job and updating the status if any other status is came than previous one we just update it for that shipment record
