Feedback Tasks not working as expected

When ever KB article is flagged/mark as helpful/rated the record is creating under Feedback Related List but not in Feedback Task Related List. Hot to fix this so that Feedback Task should create when KB article is flagged/mark as helpful/rated but not in Feedback Related List

In general, Feedback tasks are for "negative" feedback, e.g. when an article is marked as Not helpful or rated at or lower than 3.
