Fetch update data from Higher environment to lower environment

Hi,

I have requirements as below, please let me know the best way to achieve it.  (How to do it using a BR)

1 - When the admin role assigned to the user in PROD instance then in lower instance the 'Prod Admin' field in lower instance should get checked/true

2 - When the admin role is removed from the user in PROD instance then in lower instance the Prod Admin field in lower instance should get unchecked/false
