Hi All,

Few Users are unable to Click the "personalize list gear Icon" on the Knowledge module for "published" & "retired" for San Diego release. While other users dont face any such issue. All the users have snc_internal roles only.

They are also unable to sort the columns. It gets stuck at first selection.

I tried debugging using the security debugging and find the below errors:

Please Let me know if there is any solution to this issue or may be the areas where I can look for to debug the same.

Have you checked to see if there are any custom ACL's on the table?

Hi Robert, 

There arent any blocking ACL's as I have debugged them already. Also, the few users who are able to access the gear icon have the same roles like others which arent able to access it nad i.e., snc_internal.

I just found the below results after debugging using the debugger. Please help me with a solution as I am unable to detect one.

Hey, Can you confirm on which version of san diego release you are? I think issues like this were addressed in hotfix 1 release Do check and confirm.
