Field deleted from table still exist in slushbucket -->selected/available part how to removed it

Even though a dictionary entry on a  table was deleted, it still shows up on personalize list columns selected/available section.

For example a field called "Machine" was existing on a table, later administrator decided to delete the "Machine" dictionary entry. So that dictionary entry for "Machine" doesn't exist any more on the database like its deleted from table but , however, users could see the column name "u_machine" of "Machine" on "Personalize list columns" sections of table list.
Can anyone help me with this that how can we completely removed that field from slushbucket.
