Field explanation

In the datadictionary there is a "Hint" field for (some) columns/fields. But is there a more elaborate documantation of the meaning of every field/column?*Fiels

If I am understanding correctly, you want to know what the logic is for fields accross the different applications?

Thanks for the quick replies, but let me put it this way :

field "Assignee" : explanation : "The person who is responsable for the handling of the inc/task/change"

field "Due date : explanation : "........."

field "Business service" : explanation : "......"

No logic, no tech talk, just an explanation. Just like as in the hint.

I get it now, OOB nothing like this exist in the platform. This would have to be customized by you on all the fields

Don't take it personal, but this again is typical in the IT world :

"We developed a great piece of software!"

"Can you explain to me what it is and how it works?"

"Nah.... it's just great, and why should we explain to users?, dive into the code just as we did"

Absolutely understand what you are going through, the team on my end has spent countelss hours diving through Business Rules and include scripts to understand functionality
