Field not visible on list view in backend & workspace form

Hi,

I have a field - "customer name".

Field is visible on front end form i.e AR Write off request form.But When this requests are opened in list view i.e backend this field is not visible.

Same for finance4you configurable workspace form,

customer name field is visible on form but not visible on list view on finance4you configurable workspace form,

What can be the issue here.?

if the field is not visible directly , it could be from Related List table, so click on Gear while configuring columns in list view and click "Related List" and then you would see additional tables appearing, now try to bring the table whose field you are referencing on the main form and find out the field and move it to right.

do you see "related list" written in Available fields box ?

Click on that it will bring additional tables and then find your relevant tables
