Field "u_mis_route_information" Need to pull data of all Misrouted tickets with time stamps

Hello all
Me being part of Servicedesk, needed help on a query which i am finding touch to get or dont have privilege access.

Challenge: How to pull Misrouted information & its time stamp
Reason: Understand for whom was the misroute field flagged, if it's for Service desk? Then it's a learning curve & i can quantify my misroutes. If It's for others, i shouldn't worry much.

If i get to know the time stamp of when the misrouted field was flagged, i would again lookup with data which i pull from Incident_metric. Use definition= Assignment group & check for time stamp or use some logic which i am sure is feasible.
I dont have access to any instances or data base.
I did try "sys_history_line_list.do?" unfortunately its not giving me complete data. All i can is last 13 days data & its not  working as expected. Any search i do, all i get is after 13th June 2025 & not before that .

Note: I work in corporate company & cant share any detailed information or URL.
SNOW team is too busy & i doubt they would help me with this request

It's their job to assist on ServiceNow, right?

But for us to assist, we need to know more about your process, because the fact that you are trying to do something with a 'u_'-field, tells us that this is something custom. And since it's custom, there is no way for us to know what has been setup, how it is used and if your requirement is even achievable. We can't check on our own instances, because it only exists on yours.

Appreciate your reply.
OK, let me rephrase my question, How can I pull when the timestamp of Misrouted information flagging for a list of incidents routed by Servicedesk

Again: you are talking about something that is custom for YOUR instance. If you want us to assist you in anything, you will have to share with us how this works. What is done, what is stored, what is configured. This is specific for YOUR instance. If we don't know what has been build in what way, we can't help you.
