Field 'record', Value '8e8d2dc4936b8e104a94b87d1dba10b0': Glide Record is invalid

Some times getting this error randomly for RITM's which are part an order guide. Here I used the 'Update Request Record' in the flow. Though this RITM is created under the Request with sys ID '8e8d2dc4936b8e104a94b87d1dba10b0', its still throwing this error sometimes. If I raise the request for one more time its not throwing the error. Its very Random. Please help me with this.
