Hello ,
How to remediate the finding of Healthscan ..where the issue is about "same field twice on one Form " .

Please check if that field is added some where in sections. You need to check each form one by one.

Seems same field is added at multiple places in your form section.
if your customer wants this to be kept then you can ignore the health scan findings.
if your customer wants this to be fixed then discuss with your customer which field to keep and in which section
