fields on Knowledge(kb_knowledge) set to Read Only when workflow is Published

Please guide on how fields are set to READ ONLY on Knowledge(kb_knowledge) or KCS Article when state is changed to Published.

Hi @UjjwalKumaG ,

Create a UI Policy to make the fields read-only when the State is "Published" .

I know how to use UI policy to make fields Read only.

 

Ask here is , where/how by Default, fields are made READ Only for kb_knowledge when state is Published .
