File Type Not Permitted with Text Files

Am running into a intermittent issue attaching text files to vtb tasks and am getting the file type not permitted or mime type does not match the file content. It was initially thought that there may be special character in the text, but there isn't. The text files were saved off using Notepad and Notepad++ with some of the text files passing eh grade and getting attached, while other text files not so much.
Is there a Mac / Windows tool I can put the text files through to find out why they are failing to get attached so I can fix hem?

Please check glide.security.file.mime_type.validation system property.
and glide.attachment.extensions

Thanks Neelpreet but would like to ask if those glide records would allow some text files to get attached and not others? That's what I am experiencing and am looking to do a compare between one file that did get attached with one that did not to see what is causing the error.
