The operator in the filter gets wiped out when reopening a saved report. Likewise, the variables dotwalking doesn't seem to stick either. The variable field displays when you initially run the report, but if you click into the field you'll see that it's no longer selected the variable (it should display Variables --> Catalog Item --> specific Variable field). The report runs and gives you the data, but the filters are corrupted and it gets stuck trying to load the value, so you aren't able to change the filter without having to start over.
