Filter to view "Changes I've Created" shows no results in ServiceNow

When I type Change in filter navigator and under change module if I select "Created by me"  I don't see any changes even though I have created several.

Hi @abc1233 ,

 

if you look up one of the XML files for the change you have created, do you then see the reference to your User-ID?

Ok, then please follow the following guide:

 

1. Click the edit menu

2. Go to the phane link type

3. Check the filter condition - should be: "javascript:gs.getUserName()"
