Filtering an embedded list

Is it possible to filter/refresh an embedded list based on when a variable is changed?

I am looking to use the embedded list to show all update sets that contain the same work reference number in their name when the work reference variable is updated - i.e. in the example below, only the one result would be returned after I enter RITM1234567.
