FirstName field value in customer_contact table is updating to blank by Guest/System after SSO login

Hi,

 

After SSO login from SFDC, the First name field value is set to blank/clearing the value by the guest/system user automatically in the Contact table(customer_contact). Normally this SSO login will use by the end-user contains (customer) role in ServiceNow.

 

I tried to debug the issue but not able to find the root cause. Please help me to find what' the issue
