I have a flow for requested item which has two approvals in a row (sequential). Both of them are configured to wait for approval for 10 minutes (from last update time):
The flow seems to be running fine, first approval due date is correctly reflected 10mins ahead of creation, and when approved, the second approval due date is also correctly populating on second approval record:
however, the second approval is not waiting for 10mins, instead it gets cancelled based on the due date of first approval (which was already approved 5 minutes ago).
Is this a bug, or I misunderstand something?

I ended up opening a case and it was reported as a bug. This is the KB workaround they gave me https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=2d576c4cdbe9dc50414eeeb5ca9619ad.
