flow designer approval flow

Hello, I have a request that requires 3 approvals, once the request is submitted I would like for all approvals to be required at the same time. right now they are becoming required sequentially (one approval has to be approved before the other approval is available to be approved). This is in flow designer.

If these are all part of the same approval activity, you should be able to add each group/user to approve in the picker like this

If you need all three to be separate approvals and different things to happen based on that, you could use the do the following in Parallel feature, like this
