I have a flow for create and update service records
Suddenly, all is going well when I tested it until it suddenly changed the stages to this
from 3 to 4 stages and suddenly there is no approvers in my sc_req_item
There are requests in my approval but when I approved it, it doesnt follow through with the flow to create catalog task
Reminder: All of this worked before including the create catalog task
