We have a domain-separated ServiceNow environment. In a Catalog Item, the user selects a Company. Based on the selected Company, we need to route approvals to different approval groups.
After the approval is approved .
an SCTASK should be created. Assign the SCTASK to a support group based on the selected Company. If any approval is rejected, the RITM should be cancelled.
We are trying to implement this in Flow Designer instead of Workflow. Sample Flow Designer implementation would be appreciated
