In my flow I am using Classification Prediction step for using ML prediction solution. This needed to be published. Earlier when flow had been created there was no need to publish this step but I think we need now.
When I published that action, Flow was getting activated.

So this was not due to any custom action not published. We have prediction models used in flow. According to new update, we needed those prediction model steps also to be published exclusively which had caused this issue.

Hello,
This might be because you have not published your action which you are using in flow
Please check for all the action steps in your flow if they are published or not
Publish action first and then try publish flow
Thanks,
Valmik

Hello,
Thanks for prompt reply. I have thoroughly checked each subflow and action used in the flow but all are published.
Is there any other option to find out.

Ok , There is no option to find out it.
You need to go to each flow action and try to change something or add comment(add some comments so that we can published flow action again) and try to save and publish it. This will again confirm that all the flow actions are published.
This is the only way I can see now.
Thanks,
Valmik

I guess that's true. Why is it so difficult to track down error in Flow Designer 😞
