Flow designer -notification trigger send when triggered

Hello developers,

 

I have created a flow designer with trigger condition as service catalog and used create notification and send when is choosen as triggered( i have given notification trigger on service catalog- requested item record). From flow execution notification is getting completed but i couldnt find email in email logs. Anyone can please let me know where the issue is. Thanks!

1. Please share some screen shot.

2. Are you trying on PDI? If yes, then email on pdi is restricted.

3. The  user has be email assigned?

4. Email properties are enabled?

Hello atul, yes email properties are enabled for the user,Not on PDI. Attached trigger actions. Thanks!

Could you please provide screenshot after FD2 please. Are you setting up any values?
