Flow Email Trigger not working when published but will in test.

I'm having a couple of things going awry with FLOW.

 

When an email is sent, the flow email trigger is catching the email but no ticket is showing up.

But when i test it, everything is working.

So i'm not sure what this issue is.

 

Now in the logs is see an entry
Trigger %s will not execute because flow is inactive

But i have no idea what this is.

Are you running the flow as the Admin or as the current user? If it's the current user, do they have rights to do what you are wanting it to do?

Ensure your flow Runs as System User.

Seems the user in whose session the flow is running doesn't have write access to the target field on sys_email table
