Flow execution failing

Hi All, Please help with the Flow designer issue. Flow execution is failing to start flow once the item is submitted. It is not able to recognize related request numbers. Tried the Wait condition action, but still getting the issue.

Hi @sunwin93 ,

I see your are using ''get catalog variables'' > so here you need to define were your variables are brought from. 

so in the action  > Get catalog variables...

1. In Submitted Request > choose RITM RECORD.

2. in Template Catalog item and Vraibles sets > choose the ''catalog item by name''

3. In catalog variables > Move the variable to right for which you need

Please try to follow following steps and see it will help you.

1.Trigger condition is catalog item

2. Please try to do look up record from trigger condition. In look up record enter the data pill of trigger record.

3. After look up record make get variable activity and in that please look up record data pill and see the data.

Everything is done correctly Flow design and configurations. But that is not the issue. I guess that the flow is not getting the RITM ID at the right time. Tried wait conditions too, but no use. The only I am left to do is to create a new flow and try it resolve my issue.
