Flow - How to submit a change request?

Hi,

 

Using Workflow Studio, I've created a flow using the Action, "Create Record" to create a change request.

 

It creates the record fine, but it isn't submitted. I can't figure out how to script the submission of that change request within the flow, and send it off for approval etc.

 

Any pointers gratefully received.

Sadly, those videos only covered the creation and modification of a Change request ticket.

 

They didn't submit the change for approval. i.e. start the associated change request workflow.
