Flows are not triggering after upgrade

After upgrading my instance to the Yokohama release, I noticed that none of the flows are triggering. Upon investigation, I came across an article <Link> which mentions an OOB workflow named "Service Catalog Request." This workflow is supposed to approve the request record, and once approved, it triggers the RITM flow. However, I’m unable to locate this workflow or any similarly named flow in my instance.

Should I import this workflow from a PDI, or would it be better to manually recreate it for all request?

Try to repair the workflow studio plugin

If still not work better log a now support case as it is upgrade issue.

Avoid getting it from PDI.

@gayatri23

that workflow is OOTB and seems somebody deleted that.

Was this working fine earlier before upgrade even without that OOTB workflow?

Capture that in your update set in PDI or other instance and then migrate this update set.

Yes it was working fine before but I am not able to confirm that the OOB workflow was getting triggered on request as we do not have any historic data after upgrade.

@gayatri23

then that workflow is required.

As mentioned earlier capture that and migrate to your instance.
