Follow button is not working properly

Hi,
OOB Follow button is not working properly.
When click follow button in one of the record. When someone made changes(field value changes/adding notes in work notes) to the record, I am not getting notifications in the Bell icon.
Can someone please let me know the how this functionality works, Currently I am in UTAH version.

After a user is added to the watch list using the follow button, the system's default behavior is to automatically send notifications to the individuals on the watch list when there are updates to worknotes or additional comments. Typically, no further action is required after adding someone to the watch list.
If this automatic notification is not occurring as expected, you can troubleshoot the issue by identifying the specific notifications designed to be sent to the watch list. Once identified, ensure that the watch list is included in the 'whom to send' section of those notifications. Adding the watch list to this section should ensure that notifications are sent to the relevant individuals. And also check the notification preferences.

Hi Anand,
When I clicked on follow button, I was not added to the watchlist.
Below is the screenshot.
Please let me know which UI action is the follow button and also notifications.

I'm a little late but:
Using Live Feed (servicenow.com)
Core UI is required to use Live Feed. Live Feed is not supported in Next Experience. If you turn on Next Experience, Live Feed will no longer work. See Next Experience UI for more information.
So in my case, I have the Follow button but it doesn't do anything.
