Hi,
We are on Vancouver release and have activated the polaris plugin to use Next Experience. According to Servicenow, the Follow function is not supported in Next Experience (only UI16) but the Follow button is available, and if a user Follows an incident in Next Experience they are receiving notifications in the bell icon if the work notes are updated. Does anyone know why this is, and why does it not create a notification if an sc_task is followed. Is there something we can configure to get around this, without using the watch list?
Thanks

We've just upgraded to Vancouver and had the same issue. Adding the system property glide.ui.polaris.follow.enabled
and setting to true resolved it for us

In which table are the records that you mark with "follow" stored?
How can I consult in a report all the tickets that I have marked as follow?
Thanks in advance!!!
