For CSM Workspace Mail should be changed to get replies and others

For CSM Workspace,  The  Mail From Outlook when we send to CSM Workspace mail CSM@csmmail.com which comes to ServiceNow And from ServiceNow  it should also come from the same email CSM@csmmail.com , but it comes from Global@globalmail.com
