Hi @Rajesha Hati

ServiceNow performs automatic backups for both production and non-production instances. For non-production instances, these backups are typically created weekly and daily.

This means you need to log a Now support case. I don’t think you’ll just get an update set backup—you’ll likely get a full rollback.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

Thanks for your response,

So is there any possibility that it should not rollback the whole non-prod instance, they can give another temporary instance where i can get my update set? where there will not be any change in my non-prod instance.

Hi @Rajesha Hati

I don’t think so, but it’s better to log a case and involve your ServiceNow account manager.
