Form Builder is not saving

Im trying to use the Form Builder but I have issue on saving.
there is no error, its simply dose not save

after I click save the new thing or changes that I make disappear

I tried it in PDI, and it's working fine. You can also see that the save button gets disabled after saving, as there are no other changes in the mode. Create a section:

May I know how did you fixed this issue, I am facing a similar issue in PDI it is working as expected.

I have the same issue. Seems to be specific to scoped applications.
