Form not visible on sub domain in UAT but visible in dev instance

Hi All,
I am facing this issue whereby I created a task form in global domain and when changed to process domain, its visible in dev instance. However when migrated to UAT instance, the form is not visible in sub domain but only global domain. May I know what is the issue causing this?

Hi, unfortunately there is not enough information in your post to assist with diagnosis of your issue.
Have you confirmed domain structure and rights\roles and users involved in testing are configured the same for both instances? Have you confirmed that forms are same in both instances (including their domains).
Have you check\confirmed view rules are same in both instances?
Have you tried clearing the cache of the impacted instance? /cache.do
