Found error once refreshing the dashboard

Hello 

Any possible reason why this occurred in dashboard? "Part of the query on task_sla has been ignored because of read security rules on task_sla.task.ref_incident.incident_state", thanks in advance for the answers.

Hi @Community Alums this error occurs when the user donot have read access to the table, in this case task_sla table. you would need to check read acl on this table and look for this field level acl task_sla.task.ref_incident.incident_state and allow access

This appeared once but once user relog-in the error gone but we didnt do anything make it gone is that bug or something?

Hi @Community Alums that's weird, may be the dashboard was still loading and the error came or due to network issue? no correct answer now since you said it happened only once.
