Is there a way to select/set (by user) Most frequent catalog items or personal favorites? our catalog has a ton of items and i use the same 5 or 6 each week. wondering if there is a way to keep these 6 at the top when i access the service catalog because each day it refreshes to "overall" the most populate/frequently used ones (only 1 of which i would ever use from the service provider side of the house).

This information is helpful and present in my instance, however, it doesn't "stick" .. this list does not stay as the list of items i have used recently, it often disappears (likely from a clearing of cache/cookies). i was hoping for a way to keep my "favorites" in a list

it should be show by default on the portal.
which portal are you using?
For esc portal there is already Popular Topics section
For sp portal there is already "My Recent Items" section
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
