Agree, the reason is there is maintenance going on, which is kind of unplanned and affected lots of PDI users. We all are waiting for updates from SN on this.

Hi @jyotheeshT Unfortunately, there is no support available for PDIs. As @Dr Atul G- LNG mentioned its undergoing maintenance. You have to wait once it will done you will get notification about PDI is available.
