FSM: Agent App Development

We have a global build for FSM deployed in an instance in EMEAI and one in OCEANIA. With the Now Agent app, we have a single build but need the behaviour to be different depending on the regional business requirements based on which instance the Now Agent app is connected to. We are stuck with understanding how this can be done for the following areas depending on the instance we are connecting to:

 

1- fields on Card templates
2- fields on form screen
3- fields on list screen
4- field label on form Screen
5- related lists/embedded list on form Screen
6- Activity Stream
7- input screen on base of different customers for record create/update?
8- action items
