FSM - On the mobile agent app getting error as (Agent.NowAPIError error 4.)

On the Inventory when Parts to drop off screen opened getting error as 'The operation couldn't be completed (Agent.NowAPIError error 4.)' Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

my customer is on Xanadu patch 7 so I don't think that's the issue here but could be.
