Calling all you state flow gurus.
I am having a bit of a challenge with state flows in Field Service Management. I have the OOB state flows, but we want to set the work order (not work task) to auto-assignment to the vendor based on location. I am having an issue with the state flows in that I understand how they work, but do not understand the configuration. Is there anything out there that can guide me to a solution?
