Fulfill a Request

Hello, I created a new catalog item now I need to route it to the required assignment groups for approval and fulfillment.  Can you please guide me in how to route the requests to assignment groups.  Please use plain language and simple steps, thank you!

You should be doing this in flow designer. Trigger would be service catalog, Next would be get catalog variables and then go from there,

 

You can the use the ask for approval action , if approved then you can use the create catalog task action and set what ever assignment group you like.

Hello @DeIvory Gordon ,

 I would suggest you to analyze and try to understand OOB flow for request item,

Open flow designer and check for flow "Service Catalog item request" 

how manager approval is triggered and task gets assigned .

Next step is try to create your own flow and call it in service catalog tab
