GEN AI in Global search & Service Portal ServiceNow

Hi All,

There is one GEN AI use case, we need to implement GEN AI in Global Search and Service Portal Search widget. When we type something in Global search its should show the suggestion based on Gen AI response. 

If anyone have idea on this please help us with steps.

Currently OOTB Global search has Zing to search any thing but in last or may be earlier release introduced AI search as well but for that you need to activate AI search plugin and then do guided set up.

It is something you looking for or you looking for specific for GenAI.

AI search is already enabled. But, we need suggestions should show once we type something in global search. Based on the search.

I am not sure , how much i can help you here.. What you looking for may be not available as of now in SN ( As per my knowledge)

Suggesting widgets to be used based on the portal type using Gen AI .Do anyone have ideas on how can we approach this challenge ?
